LILITU is a non-profit, independent curation project, based between Berlin and London. Lead by the will to rethink and reimagine the hierarchies of the art world, the project explore grassroots practices and horizontal forms of organization to open accessible rooms for its audience. Founded in 2023, LILITU quickly embarked on the exploration of the role of art in community and community building. Integrating theoretical reflection with the personal approach, LILITU aims to foster experimentation, comprehension and connection between artists, artworks and audiences. Questioning the realities of the given world, LILITU invites its public to see art as a room for research practices, dialogue, abstraction and emotions.
